Steamed Chocolate Cake

Steamed chocolate cake.
Pics shown are from some time back,
where I attempted this Chocolate Decadence cake for a colleague who had her bday (:

Starting to look gorgeous in the cake pan!

Added a layer of chocolate filling in the middle (:

Recipe:
Ingredients:
120g plain flour
10g corn starch
50g cocoa powder
7 egg yolks
5 egg whites
300g granule / caster sugar
1tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp cake stabilizer (optional)
100g chocolate cubes (I used Old Gold)
175g unsalted butter (I used Lurpark / President)
chocolate rice

1) Place butter and chocolate cubes together in a heat proof boil, and melt them oversimmering water
2) Beat sugar, egg whites and yolks in a mixer until air is well incorporated (abt 10 mins on med high speed)
3) Add vanilla essence and cake stabilizer to (2) halfway through the mixing
4) Sift flour, cocoa powder, and corn starch.
5) Add the sifted dry ingredients from (4) into (3)
6) Then add in the melted butter and chocolate mixture, mix well with a spatula
7) Pour half of the final mixture into a 9" cake pan (oiled beforehand).
8) Steam for 15 minutes
9) Add layer chocolate rice, pour remaining half of mixture, and steam for another 20 mins.
